9YARD BUILDERZ LTD is a Hounslow-based construction company registered for the construction of commercial buildings and the construction of domestic buildings. We keep our work within those two areas so every job gets proper attention rather than being spread across unrelated trades.
The company is led by founder Madhukar Thota, who is involved in scoping, quoting and overseeing work on site. Enquiries go directly to him rather than through a call centre, so the person quoting the job is the person answering for it once work starts.

Extensions
House and commercial extensions, from single-storey additions to larger structural builds. We tie the new structure properly into the existing property and agree the scope and quote before any work begins.
New Builds
New domestic and commercial buildings constructed from groundwork through to completion. Each project is managed on site to keep the build on schedule and on spec, whether it's a residential plot or a commercial unit.
Renovations
Structural alterations and refurbishment for existing residential and commercial properties, covering internal reconfiguration, structural repairs and bringing older buildings up to a usable standard. Work is sequenced to limit disruption.
Groundworks
Foundations, drainage and site preparation carried out ahead of the main build. Proper groundwork is the basis for everything built on top of it, so this stage is planned and checked carefully before anything else starts.
Roofing
Roof construction and repair work as part of new builds, extensions or standalone projects, including structural roofing for new sections and repairs to existing roofs. Materials and approach are agreed with the client first.
Brickwork
Brick and blockwork for structural walls, boundary walls and finished external surfaces, applied to new builds, extensions and repairs on existing brickwork. Bond pattern and finish are confirmed with the client ahead of laying.
